Once availability has been confirmed by SkiAffinity a booking will be held for five working days, pending receipt of the appropriate deposit £75 per person and a completed booking form.
Should deposit not be received in that period the booking will be deemed cancelled and SkiAffinity reserves the right to re-book the week without notification.
The total amount outstanding on your holiday must be paid eight weeks prior to arrival, therefore if you are booking within this limit the full balance will be payable.
Must be notified in writing or by email following which cancellation charges will apply: Prior to 8 weeks before departure - loss of deposit. Within 8 weeks of departure - 100% of the total holiday cost.
Please note it is the responsibility of the party leader that each person has holiday insurance covering medical expenses and repatriation.
